TODD SCHEEL - President/Owner
As President and CEO of FX in Motion, Todd loves to take client’s ideas and make them come to life. With over 30 years of experience, Todd continues to push himself and his team to take things to the next level. The bigger and crazier, the better! In the past two years, Todd and his team have added ten NEW products to their arsenal, and these products are bigger, brighter, and louder than anything seen before.
JOSEF LEUTNER - VP/Director of Fabrication and facilities

As the Vice President of FX in Motion, Josef Leutner gets to work with a majority of the world’s greatest sports franchises, helping to bring a new level of entertainment to their fans. Dream job??…… Absolutely! Josef came to FX in Motion in 1998 with an extensive background in machining, which fit a need of the fast growing company. Since Joining the FX Team, Josef had the opportunity to be a key contributor in the invention and production of the world famous “Original T-shirt Gatling Gun” among other fan favorites. Josef now leads an entire team of creative professionals to complete products never seen before in the entertainment world! Josef’s passion doesn’t stop at his work however; he loves to spend his free time with his 2 children or head out fishing on one of the many local lakes and streams in Wisconsin. Josef finds success through 3 daily goals; listen to understand, learn to personally grow and lead to inspire.

KAYLEE MACDOUGALL- Director of Sports Entertainment
With over a decade of sales and finding solutions to meet her client’s needs, along with a lifetime love of sports, Kaylee is the go to woman here at FX. With working with some of the most renowned and prestigious teams in professional and collegiate sports, Kaylee has found her dream job helping make dreams into a reality with the collaboration of the team here at FX. Her passion for sports and creativity is only exceeded by her zest for life. Every day, she strives to take things to the next level in a new and exciting way. When she isn’t bringing the most awesome products to her clients, Kaylee enjoys watching sports, spending time with her family, traveling, writing and performing music, and cooking. Kaylee’s motto comes from one of the greatest men in sports history:

JACOB OTTO - Director of Graphic Design
Jake has been with the company for over 15 years. He started with the company as a D.J. at 15 years old. He later attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, majoring in Industrial design. After graduating, he brought his design skills back to the company. He is the mastermind behind new product designs, graphic designs for the company and sports products, and fabrication of custom products. The only thing he loves more than watching new ideas come to life during the building process, is fishing.
BOB GABOR - Fabrication
After a career as a Financial Crime Investigator, Bob changed gears and became a part of our Fabrication Team. Bobs helps build and refurbish our amazing products! When not working, Bob enjoys time with his family, collecting antique hand tools and building soap box derby cars with his three boys.
